• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes

2. AI Accuracy

• AI features are powered by large language models which can and do make mistakes
• Screenshot parsing may incorrectly identify: symbols, direction, entry/exit prices, lot sizes, P&L, dates
• AI coaching summaries may identify patterns that do not exist, miss patterns that do exist, or draw incorrect conclusions
• Confidence scores are self-assessed by the AI and are not guarantees of accuracy
• All AI-generated data must be reviewed and verified by the user before relying on it

3. No Guarantee of Results

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Analytics and metrics (win rate, expectancy, R-multiples, etc.) reflect historical data and are not predictive
• Using this tool does not guarantee improved trading performance
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss

• The accuracy of analytics depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you enter
• Incorrect trade entries will produce incorrect analytics
• The developer is not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate data, whether entered manually or parsed by AI

• This is alpha software under active development
• Bugs may cause incorrect calculations, display errors, or data issues
• Report any suspected errors via the in-app Feedback page

6. Regulatory Status

TradeCoreLab is not registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, or any financial regulatory authority. The developer is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or capital markets services provider.
