BY USING TradeCoreLab, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. YOUR REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.

1. Description of Services

TradeCoreLab provides a trade journaling, analytics, and AI-powered coaching platform. Services include, but are not limited to: trade logging (manual, screenshot, CSV import), performance analytics, AI analysis of trading patterns, calendar views, and community feedback. You are responsible for providing all equipment necessary to use the service, including a computer and internet access.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, including any features, at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.

2. Alpha Status

  • This is a private alpha product, not a finished commercial service
  • Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
  • The service may be discontinued at any time
  • No uptime guarantee or SLA
  • Data is preserved on a best-effort basis but not guaranteed

3. What This Service Is (and Is Not)

  • TradeCoreLab is a personal trade journaling and analytics tool for informational and educational purposes only
  • It is NOT a financial advisor, broker, or investment service
  • It does NOT provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice
  • AI-generated analysis reflects patterns in your own data — it does not make recommendations about what to trade
  • AI outputs may contain errors and must always be verified by the user
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes

4. User Accounts & Access

  • Accounts require a valid invite code during the alpha phase
  • Invite codes are personal and non-transferable
  • Account sharing is prohibited — one account per person
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials
  • Access may be revoked at any time for any reason
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Abuse AI features (excessive requests, prompt injection, or attempts to manipulate AI outputs)
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data or breach the security of the service
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
  • Upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
  • Use the service to collect information about other users

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violating any of these provisions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the service (including feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and screenshots on the Feedback board), you grant TradeCoreLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and incorporate your submissions for the purpose of improving and operating the service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that we consider inaccurate, illegal, objectionable, or in violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and materials on this site are the property of TradeCoreLab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

Your trade data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the trading data you enter into the service.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

The service integrates with and may link to third-party services for infrastructure, AI processing, and charting. These third parties are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party service. The inclusion of any link or integration does not imply endorsement.

Each third-party service has their own terms and privacy policies that apply to their processing of your data.

9. Data, Privacy & Communications

See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling. You own your trade data. The developer may access data for debugging and improving the service during alpha.

We may send you account-related emails (password resets, critical service updates). Marketing emails are opt-in only and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may also broadcast notices through the site to inform you of changes or matters of importance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (A) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TradeCoreLab OR ITS DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES RESULTING FROM TRADING LOSSES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.

This is a free service during alpha. Maximum liability is capped at $0. You assume all risk of using the service. This applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeCoreLab and its developer from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of the service, any content you submit, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

13. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the service with or without notice and for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and we may deactivate or delete your account and all related data. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of such termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the developer.

14. International Use

The service is operated from Singapore. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Those who access the service from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

17. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TradeCoreLab concerning the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms to any party. We may freely assign our rights and obligations.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, government action, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, or any other force majeure event.
